Process informatics is border-science. On the one hand it is technology because we have to find the appropriate technical solution to a problem. On the other hand it is a human science because we have to understand the operating of a company mostly the behavior of people in order to succeed a project. We have to build bridge between technology and business!
In reference to this, we provide our consultancy services:
- IT Strategy. Process informatics is a new battle field so we often find that even IT and business decesion-makers are not enlightened upon all of the possibilites of process informatics. Our purpose is to show what sort of benefits can be reached in a certain environment and how you can reach them.
- Methodology. Measuring processes for automation requires some special methodology elements compared to traditional methodology. However, the automation itself reacts the operation of the whole company: makes it simplier, faster and clear.
- Technology. Process informatics affects many systems and needs complex infrastructure. In the course of our projects, we manage this complexity too. We have special knowledge on some technologies what we impart to our customers during a training or an occasional problem solving.
