Operation and Support
Processes are generating benefits only if they are working properly. For that very reason we are providing related support and maintenance along with systems. These services are the followings:
- System management. Management of systems onsite or with remote intervention. Management may affect infrastructure or business applications, services. There are different available service levels of system management agreements.
- System support. Even if our customers have available and suitable resources for everyday management they would need a dependable basis that helps when any unexpected error has occured. For instance, a system shutdown or a server failure. ABESSE’s professionals will help to solve these kind of problems as fast as possible.
- Product support. It is similar to system support but it affects only adapted products of a system where the inner competency may be minor.
- Outsourcing. It is possible to manage our own systems with remote intervention (at ABESSE or via internet hosting) for monthly support fee.
