Selection Process 

Our selection process has several stages: 

• A phone screening, where we have a brief conversation with you. 

• A professional test, which helps us assess your knowledge. 

• A meeting with the department’s professional lead, either on Teams or in person. This is a two-way decision: we get to know you, and you get to learn about the role, your future manager, and your potential workplace. 

• And finally, we shake hands.
